Chocolate Rum(less) Balls

These are a family favourite and are always requested at each family function. I was passed this recipe from my husbands Aunty because these rum balls are delicious.

Ingredients

1 packet Milk Arrowroot biscuits
1 cup desiccated coconut
2 tbs cocoa powder
1 tin of Condensed Milk
Extra coconut, for coating

Method

Crush the Milk Arrowroot biscuits finely in to a large bowl (this can be done in a food processor or, if you’re like me, have to crush by hand).

Add 1 cup of coconut, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and mix together.

Add the tin of Condensed Milk and stir through.

Roll a tablespoon of mixture into a ball and roll in the additional coconut.

Repeat until all done.

Refrigerate until ready to eat.
