Crockpot Sticky Pork Spare Ribs

I love using my crock pot lately and this recipe is so simple and delicious. Literally throw everything together, pop it in the slow cooker and a few hours later, you have ribs that literally fall apart.

Leftovers the next day also taste amazing as you re-heat them on the stove.

1/3 cup barbecue sauce
1/3 cup tomato sauce
3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 garlic clove, crushed
ΒΌ cup brown sugar
Dash or two of Tabasco sauce, to taste
8 pork spare ribs

Combine barbecue sauce, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, Tabasco sauce and sugar in a bowl. Stir in until sugar is dissolved.

Grease crockpot and place pork chops and coat with sauce. Turn crock pot on high for 4-6 hours or low 6-8 hours.

If you prefer a bit of crispiness to the outside of your ribs (like I do) pop in the oven for 30 – 45 minutes and they are the PERFECT spare ribs!

Serve with wedges and salad.
