Café Lulu’s, Port Denarau, Fiji

Whilst in Fiji, Café Lulu’s was our favourite place to eat at whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner.

We had breakfast every single day (bar one) while in Fiji at Café Lulu’s and it is such great value for money. For approx. $10 AUD, we managed to order a plate which consisted of tomatoes, sausages, hash browns, eggs (done any style you like), toast, bacon…. It didn’t stop!

Lunch and dinner times, we tried a variety of things, but our favourite was the chicken burger. Dead set, the second best burger I have ever had (first being in Los Angeles), it was so fresh, crispy, crunchy lettuce with freshly grilled chicken breast, it was magnifique!

Drinks here are reasonable in price and the beers, when specially ordered, come out in this massive cooler where you can top up from your own ‘mini keg’ that looked pretty cool.

Not only was Café Lulu’s boasting in amazing views of the Port, the staff are wonderful and go above and beyond with everything, they even memorise who you are, if you are like us, and as we were dining there so often, would reserve our special spot every day without fail without being asked to. They were so good at remembering us, that on the third day we went on a cruise so couldn’t have breakfast at the port due to such an early departure time, so on the fourth day when we went to Lulu’s, the gentleman saw us and told us how he held our table for us the day before but we never came and was worried he wouldn’t see us again. He was adorable!
Additionally, there is such a happy and vibrant atmosphere at Lulu’s, you may even be treated to a performance whilst dining, they really get everyone involved!
