This steak recipe is very easy to make and is beyond satisfying. You can serve it with some mash potatoes or fries, depending on how fancy you would like it to be.
2 – 4 Scotch Fillet Steaks
½ cup plain flour
1 tsp oil
1 tbs butter
1 cup red wine
cracked salt and pepper, to taste
Coat steak in plain flour – no egg needed.
Place the oil and butter in pan with cracked salt and pepper.
Put steak in pan with about a cup of red wine on top of steaks, cook until ready and tender.
Serve with desired sides ie; mashed potato, vegetables.
